    Betty is an award-winning voice actress, voiceover artist, and founder of the Empowered VoiceOver Academy, with over 8 years as the iconic Voice of BBC Radio 1.

    With a career spanning broadcast, animation, gaming, commercial voiceover and character work, Betty is passionate about helping voices in the industry discover not only their unique sound, but their confidence, creativity and power.

    Through the Empowered VoiceOver Academy, she trains and mentors aspiring and established voice artists to build sustainable careers, master their craft and step boldly into the opportunities they deserve.

  • Claudia Gregory - HOST

    EVA Coach & Actress

    Claudia is an experienced actress and one of the expert coaches at Empowered VoiceOver Academy (EVA). With a rich background in acting and voice work, she guides aspiring and professional voice actors to discover, refine, and confidently own their unique voice. Claudia specializes in helping talent navigate auditions, develop compelling reels, and connect authentically with clients. At the summit, she’ll share practical tips, coaching insights, and strategies to elevate your VO career in 2026.

  • Zyrenka Cox

    Agent for Claraty Voices

    Zyrenka works across creativity, talent and artist development with over a decade of experience spanning theatre, casting, talent agencies, film, commercials and the audio industry.

    Having worked across both sides of the microphone—as a host, guest speaker, casting director, audio director and Senior Agent—Zyrenka brings a uniquely rounded understanding of what makes talent connect, both creatively and professionally. Prior to the audio work, she worked alongside some of the UK’s leading casting directors on projects for Disney, Amazon, BFI, Film4 and Sky, before moving into the world of voice and audio.

    Now Head of Artists & Creative Development at Claraty Voices, Zyrenka works closely with voice artists, clients and creative teams to develop talent and create meaningful opportunities across voiceover, audio and podcasting. 

  • Jess Nesling

    Award Winning Voice Actress

    Jess Nesling is an award-winning British voice actor working across video games, animation, commercials and character performance. With a talent for bringing authenticity, energy and emotion to every role, Jess has worked on a range of exciting gaming and animation projects, including Final Fantasy Tactics: The Ivalice Chronicles.

    She is passionate about character-driven performance and sharing her experience of working professionally in the voiceover industry.

  • Feliks Mathur

    Feliks Mathur is an incredible British voice actor with extensive experience across video games, animation, commercials and character voiceover. His distinctive ability to create compelling, believable characters has seen him work across a wide range of high-profile productions.

    Feliks is among the talented cast of Final Fantasy Tactics: The Ivalice Chronicles, alongside fellow Harvey Voices artists, showcasing his skills within the world of AAA gaming and character performance.

    With a passion for storytelling and performance, Feliks brings a wealth of practical industry experience and insight into what it takes to create memorable characters and build a sustainable career in voiceover.

  • Emma Harvey

    Founder & Agent for Harvey Voices

    Emma Harvey is the founder and voiceover agent at Harvey Voices ltd, a boutique agency known for its personal, nurturing approach. After training in Costume at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and a short but successful career styling celebrities and then running the Aerial Awards & Foundation for the RAB, Emma shifted focus to talent representation. For nearly 20 years, she’s been championing voiceover artists and building lasting industry relationships.

  • Katie Young

    Head of Studio, Liquid Violet

    Katie Young is Head of Studio at Liquid Violet, a leading London studio specialising in voice production, casting and recording for video games, animation and entertainment.

    With two decades of experience across development, production and localisation, Katie began her career in voice casting before spending 12 years at The Walt Disney Company, working across animation, live action and original programming.

    Today, Katie leads Liquid Violet’s work with major games and entertainment clients, helping bring characters and stories to life through exceptional voice performance.
