I’ve spent nearly a decade behind the mic - voicing global campaigns, directing films, and becoming the voice of BBC Radio 1. I’ve lived the exhilarating highs of this industry and navigated the uncertain lows - the self-doubt, the silence between jobs, the moments you wonder if your voice really matters.
And through all of it, I discovered something profound: you’re not meant to do this alone.
Your voice might be singular, but your journey doesn’t have to be solitary.
When I started opening up, sharing experiences, and learning alongside others, everything shifted. I grew faster, felt stronger, and realised that the power of this work lies not just in performance - but in connection.
That realisation sparked my second act… coaching. Because as much as I love performing, nothing lights me up more than seeing others rise together - finding their voices, sharing their wins, and creating success side by side.
HOW THIS ALL BEGAN…
Empowered VoiceOver Academy was born from that fire and a desire to make the voiceover world more accessible, more inclusive, and more human.
